Terms of Service
These terms are written in plain English. They explain what you're purchasing, what to expect, what we promise, and what we don't. By booking a session or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms of Service govern all services provided by Infinity AI Solutions, operating from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Services are delivered under the Infinity AI Solutions brand and the Pablo Carmona personal training brand. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Infinity AI Solutions. "You" refers to the individual or organization purchasing services.
Our Services
We provide AI training, workflow implementation, and consulting services. Our current service offerings include:
- AI First Steps Session — 60-minute introductory AI training for individuals with no prior experience ($99 CAD)
- AI Readiness Session — 60-minute workflow audit and AI setup for home and local business owners ($99 CAD)
- Workflow Implementation Session — 90-minute hands-on Claude workflow build for existing clients ($499 CAD)
- Corporate AI Training Programs — multi-session, customized team training for organizations (scoped and priced individually)
- AI Implementation Projects — custom Claude-powered workflow and system builds (scoped and priced individually)
All sessions are conducted via Google Meet unless otherwise agreed in writing. In-person delivery is available for team workshops and larger implementation engagements by arrangement.
Booking & Payment
Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of full payment at the time of booking. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed and you have received a confirmation email with your Google Meet link.
For corporate engagements and implementation projects, payment terms are specified in the individual proposal and agreement for each engagement.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that schedules change. Our policy is designed to be fair to both parties.

What We Deliver & What We Don't Promise
We are committed to delivering focused, practical, honest sessions. Here is what you can expect:
- A prepared, punctual session delivered by Pablo Carmona
- Practical, applicable guidance specific to your situation
- Honest answers — including when AI is not the right solution for something
- A follow-up summary of what was covered in your session
Important: AI tools, including Claude by Anthropic, produce outputs that require human review and judgment. We teach you how to use these tools effectively — we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or time savings. Results depend on how consistently and correctly you apply what we cover in your sessions.
We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Information discussed in sessions is for educational purposes only. For decisions in regulated areas, always consult a qualified professional.
Your Responsibilities
To get the most from your session and ensure it runs smoothly:
- Join on time via the Google Meet link provided in your confirmation email
- Use a laptop or desktop computer (sessions require working in Claude in real time)
- Ensure a stable internet connection for the duration of the session
- Provide accurate information in your pre-booking questions
- Not share, record, or distribute session content without our written consent
Intellectual Property
All training materials, frameworks, prompts, guides, and PDF resources we provide are the intellectual property of Infinity AI Solutions. You are licensed to use these materials for your own personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or represent our materials as your own without written permission.
Workflows and prompts we build together during implementation sessions are yours to use in your own business. We retain the right to use anonymized, non-identifying descriptions of the work we do as examples in our marketing materials unless you request otherwise.
Confidentiality
We treat everything you share in sessions as confidential. We do not discuss client details, business information, or session content with third parties. If we wish to reference your business as a case study or testimonial, we will ask for your explicit written consent first.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinity AI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on AI tools discussed or demonstrated in our sessions.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session or engagement giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For existing booked sessions, the terms in effect at the time of booking apply.
