Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to Infinity AI Solutions, operating from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We provide AI training and implementation services to individuals and businesses. Our services are delivered under both the Infinity AI Solutions brand and the Pablo Carmona personal training brand.

What Information We Collect

We collect information only when you actively provide it to us — when you book a session, contact us, or use our services.

When you book a session, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your answers to pre-booking questions (business description, goals, prior AI experience)
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe (we never see or store your card details)
• The date, time, and type of session booked

During sessions, we may collect:

• Notes from our conversation relevant to your AI setup and workflow
• Information you voluntarily share about your business or personal situation

We do not collect:

• Information you did not choose to share
• Data through cookies, trackers, or analytics on our booking pages
• Any sensitive personal information (health, financial accounts, government IDs)

How We Use Your Information

We use your information for one purpose: delivering the service you booked.

• To confirm your booking and send session reminders
• To send the Google Meet link for your session
• To prepare for your specific session based on your pre-booking answers
• To send a follow-up summary after your session
• To process your payment through Stripe
• To contact you if there is a change to your booking

We do not use your information for marketing without your explicit consent. We do not add you to email lists automatically. If we believe a follow-up communication would genuinely serve you, we will send it once — you can opt out at any time by replying to any email.

Third-Party Services That Handle Your Data

We use a small number of trusted third-party tools to deliver our services. Each handles your data according to their own privacy policies.

Google Workspace & Google Meet — used for session delivery, booking scheduling, calendar management, and email. Your session takes place over Google Meet. Google's privacy policy applies to data processed through their platform. See: google.com/privacy

Stripe — used for payment processing. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. See: stripe.com/privacy

Claude by Anthropic — the AI tool we use and teach in sessions. During sessions, you may interact directly with Claude. Anthropic's privacy policy governs any data entered into Claude. We recommend not entering sensitive personal or financial information into any AI tool. See: anthropic.com/privacy

Data Storage & Retention

Your booking information is stored within Google Workspace (Google's servers). Session notes are kept only as long as they are relevant to your ongoing relationship with us. Payment records are retained by Stripe according to their standard policies and as required by Canadian tax law.

We do not maintain a separate database of client information beyond what exists in Google Workspace and Stripe.

If you would like your information deleted, contact us at hello@infinityaisolutions.com and we will remove what we are able to remove within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Canadian Privacy Law

We operate under Canada's federal privacy law (PIPEDA — the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) and Alberta's provincial privacy law (PIPA — the Personal Information Protection Act). These laws govern how we collect, use, and disclose personal information in the course of commercial activity.

You have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you
• Request access to your personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent for our use of your information (subject to legal and contractual restrictions)
• Request deletion of your personal information

Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We share your information only with the service providers listed above (Google, Stripe, Anthropic) as necessary to deliver your session, and only to the extent required.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of ourselves or others.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults (18 years of age or older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
